Real-time Naira <-> Bitcoin spot-rate API. GET /rate or POST /convert {amount, from, to}. Returns the current market price (BTC in NGN, NGN per satoshi) sourced from CoinGecko. Per-request micropayment via L402; no subscriptions. Data feed only — no trading, no custody.

Call this URL per the ZapAds L402 flow: if you receive HTTP 402, pay the Lightning invoice, then retry with the macaroon from the response.
